Hello / G’Day

I’m Hannah Vinden (née Goodey), a food and drinks marketing specialist. Originally from the UK, I’ve called Australia home since 2007 and live in the oldest wine region in the country, Hunter Valley, on a vineyard with my two dogs and winemaker husband.

I am currently working with the fastest growing beer brand in Australia, Better Beer, as Marketing Director.

I devised the marketing strategy for over 500 world-class food events around Australia, with some of the most talented chefs in the world, such as Marco Pierre White, Alain Passard, Raymond Blanc OBE, Hiroyuki Sato, Bo Bech, Thomas Frebel, Isabella Potì, Neil Perry AM, Stephanie Alexander AO, Alanna Sapwell, Peter Gilmore, Josh Niland, Matt Stone, Clayton Wells, Joel Valvasori-Pereza, Analiese Gregory and Shannon Martinez.

Events Marketing

As a well-seasoned senior marketing professional, I’ve led the marketing strategy for Food Events at Nine (previously Fairfax), which encompasses Australia’s largest food festival, Good Food Month and Night Noodle Markets, both of which held events in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth every year. In addition, I also led the marketing for The Curated Plate, Australia’s Top Restaurants Awards and most recently the George St. Long Lunch Spectacular, part of Destination NSW’s ‘Sydney’s Open for Lunch’ initiative.
