All G Foods: Buds Mince

Not meat. Not shit.

All G Foods is an alternative protein business, focussed on sustainable solutions to the growing need for sustainable food. Their products might be plant-based, but they’re not designed for the hemp wearing vegans of the inner-west. They’ve been created for the regular meat eater, who’s conscious of reducing their red meat intake, and wants to help save the planet along the way.

For this project, I teamed up with Corey Costelloe, Executive Chef of Rockpool Bar & Grill (yes, the restaurant famous for their wood fire-grilled meats), to create a range of delicious recipes using their new product, Buds Mince, and capture a series of delicious still and motion content.
