Brief: Global food & wine pairing content strategy
This formed part of a wider project with Pernod Ricard, where I was approached to create the global food and wine content strategy for their Australian and New Zealand power brands. The project was a beast - shooting for three brands, thirteen sub-brands and 44 SKUs. To say we shot a sh!t load of content in sixteen days, would be an understatement.
I was briefed with producing a global food & wine pairing strategy toolkit for the iconic Aussie brand, Jacob’s Creek, for all markets to adhere to when producing their own marketing campaigns.
I led the content strategy, art direction and food & wine pairings, and engaged an incredible team to produce this suite of online content. Check out some of my favourite selections below.
